Walking Tour Package
Package includes: airport transfers, coach/bus transfer to each destination, guides to the walking available, local hot spots not to be missed and return transport to accomodation. The tour of Cork city is also included in the price.
DAY 1 – Airport transfers to hotel/B+B.
Kinsale and the local area – A picturesque harbour town rich in history and culture. A gentle stroll amongst the quirky boutiques and cafes or a more bracing stroll to the historic monument of Charles Fort.
DAY 2 – Courtmacsherry/Seven Heads – A tiny fishing village resplendent with natural beauty and walks to suit those of all walking ability nearly all touching the coast, walking through meadows, dunes, woodland and cliff paths.
DAY 3 – Skibbereen/Baltimore/Roaring Water Bay – Here the walks wind through little fishing towns and out into the countryside, mixing local history with natural.
DAY 4 – Ballydehob/Schull – Here, the quintessential Irish charm of fishing villages is coupled with a rugged and dramatic scenery where walks can be tailored to the coast or more inland.
DAY 5 – Walking Tour of Cork City to include the old walled city, the English Market, the Shandon Bells and St. Finbar’s Cathedral to name a few.
