Old Head of Kinsale
The Old Head of Kinsale is renowned for its amazing scenery and dramatic cliffs. A lot of history is attached to this beautiful piece of land, not least the fact that it is the nearest land point to where the RMS Lusitania sank in 1915. There is a monument dedicated to the 1,198 people that lost their lives. In recent years the Old Head has become well known for its world class golf course.
